Uvulas in cartoons are a bit awkward when it comes to animals such as whales and cats, because you might tell that a character is inside a mouth by simply noticing the teeth or a tongue. A uvula is accurate when inside a human mouth.

Brownsville, Texas

Brownsville is a city in Deep South Texas, located in southern Cameron county, close to the border. Crossing the bridge, you'd be going to it's neighbor city in Mexico, Matamoros. Both cities are divide by the Rio Grande, also know as Río Bravo. There are four bridges in which people cross in vice-versa.
Brownsville was founded in 1850 by Charles Stillman, therefore they are several historical buildings and places that are still standing to this day such as the Capitol theater and the Stillman House. Some are also hidden within the stores around in Downtown Brownsville.
